Grow In Christ Jesus
We believe that those that are called to youth ministry and congregations are brought together through a call from God. Is a relationship established not primarily for the benefit of one or both of the parties but for the purpose of service in the ministry of Jesus Christ. God has endowed both the leader and the people with particular gifts and experiences that, when brought together, provide the resources for effective ministry.
To call young people to be disciples of Jesus Christ.
To respond to the needs and the interests of young people.
To work together, youth and adults, in partnership.
To be connected to the whole church, community, and the world.
To include all young people, reaching out and inviting them to belong to the community of faith.
